Contact Leads:
We will return all calls promptly, usually within the hour depending on client schedule. We have a prospecting system in place and will categorize and provide you with a copy of all leads generated upon request.
 
Exposure:
Directional signs (depending on subdivision) at major cross streets to subdivision.
Signs at Entry as well as lot or home itself. In certain areas, we have limitations as far as availability of sign/directional placement, as some municipalities have ordinances that will not allow us to place them. We will also place a flyer box on your premises displaying pertinent property details, which will draw buyers to your property.
 
MLS/COOP:
Lots/Homes will be in MLS for coop agents/brokers to access and show your listings. MLS listings can be picked up nationwide via internet-based programs. Virtual tour will be linked to every listing.
 
Open Houses:
When properties are ready, Open Houses will be scheduled and advertised in the above-mentioned print and Internet sources.
 
Realtor Exposure:
A realtor luncheon may be scheduled to showcase your properties to all realtors in the area. Your property will also be mentioned in our weekly sales meeting several times throughout the listing period.
 
Financing:
We can provide financing resources for all buyers. The lenders we use will promote your homes as well. Handouts will be provided with financing programs, payment options and services.
 
Virtual Tours:
We provide virtual tours of every single property that we list. A virtual tour will allow buyers to tour your home from the comfort of theirs 24/7/365!
